A Recruiter to Match You
We have a variety of recruiters from long time seasoned veterans of the industry to some of our techy clients who have joined our mission of matching great people with great businesses.
The DataMasters Difference Makers
Paula White
Paula founded the company in 1971 when women who worked outside the home were nurses or teachers, remembers the first mainframe in NC, textiles, tobacco & furniture, attended Guilford College, started the business to do it “right” & for herself.
Dana White
Oversees back office, highly detailed, & attempts to keep everyone between the lines and all the boxes checked. Doesn’t have as many years with DM as Paula, but more than Jason. Appalachian State grad who enjoys gardening, small music venues & beach-going.
Jason White
Jason has over twenty-five years of proven results and is DM’s head of Search and Placement. He values fulfilling the most difficult customer need and seeing the return on investment for a successful search. He’s a graduate of App St, a girl dad, loves his two labs (Isabel and Lily) and is a proud member of F3 Nation!
Christy Kirksey
Christy has 27 years experience in recruiting and managing clients for DataMasters. She loves both technology and building relationships. Nothing makes her happier than hearing from former candidates who become clients. She’s a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, married to a wonderful man, mother to 3 Eagle Scouts (Chris, James and Bella) and serves as a Scoutmaster.
Stacey Green
Stacey has been a technical recruiter with DataMasters since graduating from UNCG over a decade ago. She loves forming long-term relationships with people and strives to have each candidate become a repeat customer. Stacey is a busy Mom with two daughters (Lily and Avery), loves an eclectic array of music and enjoys the simple things in life.
Stacey Griffith
Stacey has over 20 years corporate and agency recruiting experience, including 17 years with DataMasters. She enjoys not just filling positions, but also helping build great teams. A car enthusiast, her 72 Chevelle is her favorite and she loves to support her NC teams (only one on our team that’s a Duke fan, but we kept her anyway). Her goal is to retire at the beach where she hopes to continue to out fish her husband.
Donna Smith
Donna has 35 years in accounting, 25 with DM. In addition to all things accounting, she handles insurance and benefits. A graduate of Lynchburg College, in addition to her Rockstar fellow, she has 3 grown children and two dogs (Sammie and Wicket). Donna loves family, holidays, cooking, art & a hot tub on a crisp winter night with a good glass of wine!
